A fun & busy week!

1st
I went for my driving test on 28 May(Wed)
and I got my driving license.
It's valid for 10 years!

2nd
A big get-together breakfast for all Malaysian ladies in AD
~
at The One Cafe on 29 May(Thu) 9.15am.
these would be our last biggie eat together
as most will leave for summer break in June
~

3rd
~Singaporean monthly get-together ~
~
Bowling games at Khalifa Bowling Centre
on 30 May(Fri), 2pm to 5pm
We have 4 bowling lane sponsored by
the Singapore Embassy in AD
Free for Singaporean and Singapore PR
All shoes rental are free with compliments from
the Zayed Sports City Management

The evening ended with a dinner feast
at Beijing Restaurant
celebrating the wonderful time of
knowing the new members of the community

Last
we stopped at this Gulf Pastry shop this morning
wanted to buy some breads
but they dun have off-the-rack breads
so we order the mini pizza & hot dog
and we got our hot & tasty breads after 15 min
~

Shopping weekend

weather getting hotter
beer is good for us to cool ourselves down

get the smoked bacon
tomorrow we can have bacon & eggs for breakfast

sold in many different designs, colours, sizes and thicknesses

Our activity recently

went to vegetable market on Friday morning
hot & crowded at 9am

try another local food restaurant on Saturday night
~ Kohat Restaurant ~
giant curry puff taste good!

again eat the same things
salad, nasi briyani, fish & bread
not that we didn't want to order different type
but all the local food here was like that

Mother's Day is a day honoring mothers, celebrated on various days in many places around the world. In UAE we celebrate Mother's Day on 21st March, but in my homeland it will be on the second Sunday in May. Hence, I would like to wish all mothers "Happy Mother's Day!"

YT's Kindergarten Concert

The event start with the school principal made an opening speech follow by prayer in English & Arabic and the UAE national song.

Ladies' night on Saturday at Suria Brasserie
J took YT out for dinner & shopping
so I manage to meet up with friends
and got to know some new friends too
