Aquaria KLCC is a world-class aquarium
that showcases animals and various
types of colorful marine life species from
Malaysia and around the world.

Fondant Cupcakes Deco

This is my last class with Min's

Min is a nice lady. She is very patient in teaching me
how to decorate a cake. Now I know how to decorate and
the technique used in doing all types of flowers and leaves.
So, no regret for going for this class and for those are
interested do drop by Min’s blog and sign up for her class

Today, I learn how to decorate 5 unit of cupcakes
with snowman, bear, swam, butterflies & flower
and roses & fabric effect

Great lunch with my friends

I had lunch today with my old friends
at Chili's Restaurant in Bangsar.

We have known since 1989 till now and
I had not seen them for almost 16 years,
so it is always a pleasure to get together
with friends who remember the “Old Days”

Fondant Cake Deco

Today I attend my 2nd day cake deco class
I learned how to deco a 7 inch dummy cake
with fondant & gum paste and make basic gum paste roses

Buttercream Cake & Cupcakes Deco Class

I have signed up 3 basic cake deco classes last week
with Min and today is my 1st day to attend the class
I learned how to decorate a 7" cake & 6 cupcakes
and how to use piping tip/nozzle, icing consistency,
angle and pressure control
