The great traveller

Places we went...things we have done on Friday...

1st... place we visit:

Ibn Battuta Mall is a shopping destination, which is themed around the travels of renowned 14th century Arabian explorer, Ibn Battuta. The architecture within the mall’s six courts reflects the most influential places Ibn Battuta travelled during his time, providing mall visitors an invaluable glimpse into the past. The six courts are comprised of the Andalusian Court, the North African Court, the Egyptian Court, the Persian Court, the Indian Court and the Chinese Court.

gosh i didn't know Singaporean homegrown BreadTalk expanded till there.. i had a bad experience with them before..hehe. most of their breadtalk outlets in sg is slowly making their exit becos of fierce competition nowadays with other designer bakeries. i love their pork floss buns.

Hi Agnes, wow! Your pics of the mall themes are breathtakingly original and beautiful.
That shows how imaginative people can be.
Our North American malls here are just plain buildings, square boxes actually.
Lucky you staying there and enjoying these places.
No sambal belachan there I suppose? ha ha.
Glad to read you and hubby love sambal belachan.
When my wife makes it, I have to light an incense stick, smoke my pipe, as well light several candles or else the whole place....sniff, sniff...you know, ha ha.
Well taken pics, Agnes.
You keep well, UL.

thanks for visiting...take care.

[sweetiepie]like you said aldo is kind of expensive brand...so for us we normally don't shop for branded clothes. for me i still prefer to buy clothes in m'sia which is more suit for my ages
